1. Destinations and checkout charges

Lumiieren offers shipping to the following supported destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Delivery availability and charges for your address are shown at checkout.

Standard Shipping costs US$6.99. Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of US$69 or more. Local-currency amounts may differ with conversion; review the rate shown at checkout.

2. Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

3. Delivery estimates

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days for all supported destinations. Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather and other events may cause delays.

4. Tracking your shipment

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Check your spam folder if needed. Tracking scans can take time to appear after dispatch. Use our tracking page or contact support with your order number.

5. Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before paying. If it is incorrect, email us immediately. Changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with you and the carrier. Do not send another payment or arrange a reshipment until the proposed solution and any cost have been explained.

6. Customs and import charges

International orders may incur import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees assessed by the destination authorities. Unless checkout explicitly states these charges are included, they are payable by the recipient. Ask your local customs office about possible charges before ordering. If a parcel is returned after refusal to pay import charges, contact us to review the return and applicable costs.
