These terms apply to the Lumiieren online store at www.lumiieren.com. In these terms, “Lumiieren,” “we,” and “us” refer to the seller operating this store. You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse another person's information, interfere with the service, transmit harmful code, or infringe the rights of others.

If information is unclear or inconsistent, ask us before purchasing. Products and availability may change; this does not remove rights relating to an order already accepted.

3. Prices and payment

The currency and amount due are displayed during checkout. Review the selected items, delivery charge, and any taxes shown before paying. International import charges may be payable separately as explained in our shipping information. Payments are handled through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders and account details

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and billing details, and keep account credentials secure. We may contact you if we need information to fulfill an order or resolve a suspected payment or listing error. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment collected. An order email confirms receipt of your request and should be retained for reference.

For an offer explicitly sold on automatic renewal, our Subscription & Cancellation Policy also applies. One-time purchases do not automatically become subscriptions.
