Track Your Order
You can check your Lumiieren order and available delivery updates using the secure order-status link or your customer account.
View your order status
- Open your Lumiieren order-confirmation or shipping-confirmation email.
- Select View your order or the tracking link in that email.
- If a parcel has shipped, use the carrier link shown with the shipment to view its latest scans.
Use the same email address you used at checkout. Tracking appears when shipment information is available; an order being prepared may not yet have a tracking link.
Cannot find your order or tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, contact support@lumiieren.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please do not email passwords or payment-card details.
